This place has great bingso selections and I tried the coconut mango bingso and it was amazing. The mango was super ripe and sweet and the amount was perfect for the ratio of ice cream, whipped cream and shaved ice. It was so refreshing and portion can be shared by two.

I decided to grab a sweet treat with a friend after brunch, and we landed at this location. It was my first time trying Bingsoo, so I was very excited! It was not overly crowded, and there were many seats. We sat in the hallway, and there were cute string lights hung up. We ordered through a Kiosk and waited to be called. I got the Strawberry Cheesecake Bingsoo, and my friend got the Mango Coconut Bingsoo. It was such a nice consistency that it almost melted in your mouth with every bite. It was too much for only one person; I should have shared one, but it was delicious. Very refreshing.

I ordered the strawberry cheesecake bingo to try here! The serving was a good portion, I shared it with one other person. I felt like there was a lack of flavoring in the beginning (despite pouring the condensed milk) because no strawberry drizzle and the whipped cream on top. Once I ate more it was good, but there was only a slice of cheesecake on top rather than small bits. The service was all self serve but the staff was nice when I asked for it water. The space is small and is definitely a place where young teenagers flood!

Bru tea cafe in Elk Grove I love this drink for summer hot.inside have ac so cool and enjoy drinks

On our second visit, we explored different drink flavors. You can customize the sweetness level to your preference. The boba pearls had a delightful chewiness, appealing to texture enthusiasts. The cafe offers a cozy and well-maintained environment. We received prompt service during our visit. My husband ordered the Lychee Dragon fruit Tea and I ordered mango drink. Looking forward to trying more flavors next time!

I honestly didn't expect to find a bingsu place here and always drove to Davis whenever I craved something sweet and cold. However, this place met all of my expectations and did not disappoint. As soon as you enter, there'll be a kiosk for you to order and many seats for you to pick from. Honestly, I love the environment and the decor that is in this place. It feels more homey and comfortable to be in. For our order, we debated between the tiramisu, peach, strawberry cheesecake, or chocolate. We ended up going with the last two and were not disappointed. The strawberry cheesecake came with syrup and corn flakes to add to the dessert. It really added more flavor, I loved it. For the chocolate one, there were what seems to be bits of Oreo and honestly would get that again.

Tried the Mango Coconut Bingsoo and the Crème Brulee Milk Tea, both were really good. Make sure to mix the Bingsoo well to incorporate the flavors.

Bru Tea Cafe deserves some love. I usually rotate in between 3-4 boba drink places by location and convenient. After my visit to Bru Tea, I need to include them in my rotation, even though they are a bit out of the way. I recommend ordering ahead online to save time at least 15 min in advance. It was a lot of people when I went on a Sunday afternoon. My drink was ready when I got there. I was in and out. Lychee Dragonfruit Tea Lychee green tea with lychee bits and dragon fruit. I got 50% sweetness and no ice. it was perfect for me. I love these 3 things (green tea, lychee, and dragonfruit) separately, and I was surprised how well they went together as a drink. It's very refreshing. Mango Ice Cloud Blended mango ice with a swirl of cheese foam. This drink is DANGEROUS! It's a dessert in a cup. One sip will leave you wanting more. If you like mango creamsicle, this is your kind of drink. I can't wait to go back. I read Gillian A's review, and now I have to try her recommendation - Rated B. It sounds like something that I will like for sure. I'm looking at their menu on the website, and they have many unique drinks that I have never seen, like Guava Goddess, housemade guave puree, fresh mint, and lime in sparking mineral water. I might be late in finding Bru Tea, but I'll make sure to pay them a visit at least once a week this summer.

It's my 2nd time trying Bru Tea, both times I went for the bingsoo and both times it was delicious. I came around 1 pm and it wasn't too busy. There's plenty of seating and the front area seemed to be well maintained and clean. You have to order on the kiosk and we decided to try the jasmine brûlée and mango bingsoo. It took around 15 minutes for the bingsoo to come out which made sense since there was only 1 or 2 worker I believe. The Jasmine brûlée was sweet and creamy, I liked it. As for the bingsoo, it was so sweet and yummy. The mangoes were fresh and every bite was delicious. It also came with a side of mango purée but I wasn't a fan of the purée because it was too sweet for me. Other than that, I will definitely come back to try their other flavors!

I ordered a rose oolong here, and I'm happy to report that it tasted pretty good! I was expecting the rose flavor to be just a slight hint, but it was actually very obvious. Yet, it didn't overpower the oolong taste. The cream on top balanced very well with the tea itself. Like most of the boba stores these days, Bru Tea Cafe is in the $6-7 range. I'd say their quality justifies for the pricing though.
